Although I didn’t care this brand before, I fall in love with Betsey’s design by the first glance at her collection of 2009 spring ready-to-wear. And then, after going through her collections in last five years, I find that the colors and the color schemes she chose to present her themes are quite interesting and personal.
Apart from the achromatic color scheme, as her tradition that Betsey uses every year, triad color scheme is applied in her last three collections.

And in her latest collection, Betsey combined the triad color scheme and the complementary color scheme. The colors Mainly used are red, blue, yellow and green and be matched by changing their value and chroma, or mixing these colors with white to make tint colors. Just think about the spring with flowers in variety of colors.
